Title
The title must be concise, without abbreviations, using capital letters at the beginning of each word (Title Case), except for prefixes, and must be in bold.

Authors
The authors of the abstract, institution, and city should be written below the title. The institution and city should be written in italics, and the author’s name should be written with initials followed by the last name. The first author must be underlined.

General Information
- •Abstracts must be written in English with standard spelling.
- Use Times New Roman for text and Greek symbols or special characters for symbols.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words, excluding title, authors, and institution.
- Abstracts from original research and meta-analyses must be well-structured, including: (1) Background, (2) Objectives, (3) Methods, (4) Results, and (5) Conclusion. Keywords should consist of 3 to 5 words.
- Abstracts from case reports must be well-structured, including: (1) Background, (2) Case Illustration, and (3) Conclusion. Keywords should consist of 3 to 5 words.
- Abstract consist of maximal 1 figure and/or 1 table.
- The abstract file must be created and submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf); submissions in other formats will be rejected.
Policies and Procedures
- Submitted abstracts categorized in original research, meta-analyses, or case reports related to the field of cardiovascular studies.
- Abstracts must contain original material that has not been published or presented at any symposium before October 11st, 2024.
- Participants are allowed to submit abstracts without prior payment; only participants with accepted abstracts are required to pay the symposium registration fee.
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the website www.perkisemarang.com by September 15th, 2024, at 23:59.
- Submissions outside of the aforementioned will not be accepted.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts a participant can submit.
- Participants who submit abstracts will receive notifications via email.
- Abstract is revisable by the author, correcting errors in text/tables/graphics, and cancel submission at any time until September 15th, 2024, at 23:59. Please send the revised abstract to [email protected] to revise or cancel the abstract.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the committee. Accepted abstracts will be announced to the authors via email and WhatsApp on October 4, 2024.
